CV Screen is recruiting for a Membership Officer for a fantastic association in the education sector. The role is remote with some travel to events around the UK and team meetings in London or Leicester a few times a year. A salary of up to £32,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Membership Officer will see you support the development and management of the Association’s membership and accreditation processes.

You will co-ordinate and contribute to the services offered to Members of the Association; and to be a key point of contact for membership enrolment, renewal and support, thereby ensuring excellent member experience and data integrity as part of a small, dedicated and dynamic team. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

-          Foster and maintain strong relationships with members both in the UK and internationally

-          Serve as the primary contact for members, engaging with them in person at key events

-          Respond to initial membership inquiries and oversee the processing of new applications

-          Lead the annual membership renewal program for the Association

-          Actively support and participate in the preparation and delivery of key events

-          Ensure accurate maintenance of the database records and member details

-          Provide timely and accurate reports on membership numbers and engagement activities

-          Assist in developing and producing membership guidance and marketing materials

-          Support the digital transformation and migration to a new CRM system through various activities

-          Perform any other necessary administrative tasks or activities

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Membership Officer will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous membership is essential or in the fundraising function of a non-profit or membership organisation

-          Proven administrative ability, with experience of processing data accurately

-          Extensive experience and knowledge of using a membership database or equivalent CRM system

-          Knowledge of creating and interrogating reports in databases

-          Experience of working within the membership or fundraising function of a non-profit or membership organisation is desirable

-          Understanding of the education system in the UK and/or abroad would be favourable

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £32,000
